Refund policy
At Argever, we want every order to feel considered, seamless, and worthy of your trust. If something is not quite right, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or accompanying materials received with the order. Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration may not be accepted.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Items damaged through improper use, handling, or normal wear.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us review the issue efficiently, please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
To begin a return request, please contact us at support@argever.com. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.
If a return is requested for personal reasons, such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Argever will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange or store credit as an alternative to a refund.
